Bobby was absolutely outstanding. I live in California and he took care of selling my condo in Charlotte, NC…all remote! Amazing. He managed to have the unit cleaned, repaired, painted and staged. He even managed to find and replace a dishwasher when there were none available. The buyer wanted a quick escrow and we took care of everything on our side, but there were problems with the buyer agent’s paperwork as well as the bank’s. I have worked with Bobby on 3 transactions now (once as a seller, twice as a buyer), and I will never work with anyone else for as long as Bobby will have me. On the seller side, I was astounded that when Bobby says "full service," he truly means full service. Literally all I had to do to prepare to list my place was put away my personal belongings.
