Services

In addition to listing on the MLS, I offer a myriad of services to my clients to help their listings stand out. I recognize the real estate market has evolved over the last several years to be heavily reliant on internet searches and high quality content. When it comes to listing a home I never cut corners and go above and beyond for my clients to ensure their home gets sold quickly and at a competitive price.

Staging

In-house Staging

In addition to residential sales, I also offer staging as part of my service. Need some art or a perfect chair to finish the room? Chances are I have it in my designer warehouse located in Charlotte. Home staging helps potential buyers envision their lives in a new space. Check out recent home staging statistics compiled by the National Association of REALTORS® Research Department:

  • “About one-third of buyer’s agents said that staging a home increased the dollar value offered between one and five percent compared to other similar homes on the market that are not staged.”

  • “Seventy-seven percent of buyers’ agents said staging a home made it easier for a buyer to visualize the property as a future home.”

  • “Thirty-nine percent of sellers’ agents stated that staging a home greatly decreases the amount of time the home is on the market.”

Digital

High Quality Digital Content

photography

With hundreds and hundreds of sales closed, I have developed an extensive network of highly-skilled, professional photographers ready to capture the best angles of your home. And either myself or a team member is there, directing the exact shots we want. Photography is the first connection to potential buyers and the pictures have to be the BEST!

VIDEO

From a one minute teaser for Instagram to a movie-like lifestyle video, we have you covered. We are also the proud owners of a 3-D camera using the Matterport platform. This creates a step-by-step walking tour of your home, which truly makes the buyer feel as if they’re there in person. In the age of online shopping for homes, often from out of town, this is a crucial part of the selling process.

Social

Social Media Presence

Nearly 79% of Americans use some form of social media everyday. In such a technology driven age, it is no surprise social media is an important channel to reach potential buyers. Adweek found, “Millennials now make up 66% of the market for first-time homebuyers, and 99% of those looking for homes use the internet to research properties.”
